The Stretch Lift Run program runs five days per week. New workouts are posted every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Thursdays and Sundays are scheduled “rest days,” or can be used as make-up days. If you miss a workout during the week, you can make it up on Thursday or Sunday. Rest days are an important part of any workout program. Your body needs time to recover and heal itself so it can come back stronger and healthier than it was before.
Our workouts require minimal equipment, so they can be done at just about any gym or even at home. As long as you have a set of dumbbells, you can complete the majority of our workouts. Throw in a bench, a pull-up bar, a rower, and a bike, and you can complete everything.
